For years I have attempted to uncover that magic pill of champions, that one interval training workout that’ll make the difference, or that latest, greatest bike part guaranteed to carry me to the podium.  But in the end I found that cycling success is the result of training hard, getting lots of sleep and rest, and eating a healthful diet… with the addition of a few natural performance boosters I’ve discovered along the way.  As these boosters are legal and natural, they won’t take you from zero to hero but they can give you a small advantage in performance whether you are a weekend bike rider or a professional racer.</p>

<h1>Cyclocross Season preview.</h1>
<p>As winter approaches, cycling fans seamlessly switch focus from the clean, neat and tidy sport of road racing to its quick and dirty winter counterpart of cyclocross where racers often cross the finish line completely covered in mud, with only the whites of their eyes shining through.</p>
<p>For those who are not familiar with cyclocross, it is similar to a steeple chase, but contested with road-style racing bicycles equipped with thin knobby tires._ The courses vary from 2.5 to 3.5 kilometers in length and consist of both pavement and dirt.   Periodically the riders are forced to dismount and jump over manmade barriers or run up small hills while shouldering the bike._ The women’s timed event lasts forty minutes while the men’s is one hour.</p>
<p>Originally created in the early 1900’s as an off-season activity to keep road racers in shape so they avoid the dreaded five to ten kilo weight gain over the winter, cyclocross has since taken on an identity all its own.   Many athletes are now growing up to be cyclocross specialists, using road or mountain bike races strictly as training – completely opposite of years past.</p>

<p>OK. I admit it. I&#8217;m a confirmed dessert addict. But I&#8217;m also an athlete so I need to be careful not to overindulge to the point of busting out the seams of my lycra. To avoid the &#8220;indulge bulge&#8221;, I stick to desserts that are healthy, low fat, and yet satisfy my voracious sweet tooth.</p>
<p>This recipe is a favorite of mine because I can use it to make moist tasty cookies or energy bars I can take on bike rides. I carry a few in a plastic bag or aluminum foil and stash them in my back pocket for the ride. They are so irresistible they encourage me to eat enough during the ride so I avoid the hit-the-wall-bonk and fulfilling enough to prevent me from overheating after the ride.</p>

This magazine will pay attention, not only to all aspects of cycling, but to everything a woman could find interesting that has to do with her favorite sport. From beginner to advanced rider, all questions will be answered.</p>
<p align="left">LCmag will be released six times a year. This introduction issue is all languages mixed in one magazine. With the next release all languages will be separated into different magazines, resulting in six magazines &#8211; one for each language.</p>
<p align="left">Due to the choice of subjects, this magazine remains useful throughout the season. And thanks to the high quality of photographs and paper, it can be seen as a collector&#8217;s item. You can rest now and stop searching. You have found what you were looking for.</p>
