As a professional cyclist, I am constantly in search of finding that little extra something that will help my performance in the races. For years I have attempted to uncover that magic pill of champions, that one interval training workout that’ll make the difference, or that latest, greatest bike part guaranteed to carry me to the podium. But in the end I found that cycling success is the result of training hard, getting lots of sleep and rest, and eating a healthful diet… with the addition of a few natural performance boosters I’ve discovered along the way. As these boosters are legal and natural, they won’t take you from zero to hero but they can give you a small advantage in performance whether you are a weekend bike rider or a professional racer.
